1 Definitions and Scope

The meanings of certain terms used in this document are clarified below to avoid any confusion while reading.

• "Platform" or "Site" refers to the 299 vat website and all its services.
• "User" or "Member" refers to anyone who has registered on the site or is using its services.
• "Account" refers to each member's individual registered profile.

2 Account Registration and Eligibility

2.3 Account Security

Keeping the account username and password fully confidential is the member's own responsibility. Any unauthorized access to the account must be reported to 299 vat support immediately. Sharing the account with third parties is strictly prohibited.

3 Deposits and Withdrawals

3.1 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount at 299 vat is ৳300. Deposits can be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer. For bank transfers, major commercial banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, and BRAC Bank are supported. It is recommended to check the latest available methods before making a deposit.

3.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawals are generally processed within 1 hour. Withdrawal methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer. It is preferred to use the same payment method for withdrawal as was used for the deposit.

Withdrawal requests may be held if an active bonus is in place or if wagering requirements have not been met. Withdrawals may also be temporarily delayed while an identity verification process is ongoing.

4.3 General Bonus Rules

• A bonus may only be used in the specific games or sections associated with it.
• If funds are withdrawn from the account before wagering requirements are met, any unused bonus will be cancelled.
• If bonus abuse or fraudulent activity is proven, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.

5 Member Code of Conduct and Prohibited Activities

5.1 Acceptable Conduct

6 Sports Results and Betting Rules

6.1 Cricket and Other Sports

Cricket betting — covering all matches including BPL, IPL, and T20 World Cup — is settled based on official results. If a match is cancelled or the scheduled overs are not completed, the stake for the relevant bet may be refunded.

6.2 Odds Changes

299 vat reserves the right to change the odds on any event at any time. However, odds on bets that have already been confirmed will not change. If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, 299 vat reserves the right to cancel the relevant bet.

6.3 Dispute Resolution

If a member has an objection to the result of a bet, they must notify 299 vat support in writing within 72 hours of the result being published. Objections submitted after this time will not be accepted. The decision of the support team will be considered final.

7 Responsible Gaming

299 vat believes that gaming should be a form of entertainment, not a solution to financial problems. We encourage members to set their own limits and take breaks when needed. Deposit limits, session limits, and self-exclusion options are available to members.

299 vat may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account for the following reasons:

• Violation of these terms and conditions.
• Suspicious activity related to fraud or money laundering.
• Failure to complete identity verification or provision of false information.
• A court order or legal directive.
• Technical or security-related reasons.

12 Limitation of Liability

299 vat provides its services on an "as is" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, 299 vat is not liable for:

• Financial losses incurred by a member through gambling.
• Errors in third-party services or software.
• Issues with a member's own network or device.
• Losses caused by unforeseen technical disruptions.

13 Changes to Terms
